  • Led global cross-functional teams of 40+ software engineers, project managers, and business analysts to deliver all Enterprise Content Management (ECM) shared services, including Documents, Records, OCR Capture and NLP.

  • Delivered large scale digital transformation, migrating the world’s largest investments company to a modern ECM solution while supporting over 100+ internal applications with 80,000+ users.

  • Led global cross-functional teams of 50+ software engineers, project managers, and business analysts to deliver all Identity and Access Management shared services at the world’s largest investments company. 

  • Provided entitlement management services for 1000+ applications with 100,000+ internal and external users.

  • Led global cross-functional teams, including business technology (research, sales, banking), development, UX, and vendors, to develop, deliver, and manage the Business Intelligence suite of products and services used across the firm.

  • Architected and implemented big data solution, including robust analytics and data science (AI / ML) capabilities.

STRATEGY LEAD & PROGRAM MANAGER - TECHNOLOGY INFRASTRUCTURE, GOLDMAN SACHS

  • Directed internal strategy consulting and managed several strategic operations programs, including reengineering the change, incident, and problem management processes.

  • Started and managed the Business Intelligence team, to develop actionable and predictive models and reports for senior level management, allowing the technology business to optimize product and service performance, quality, and cost.

HEAD OF GOVERNANCE, RISK, AND COMPIIANCE, GOLDMAN SACHS

  • In Information Security, led the full end-to-end delivery of the firm-wide GRC solution across a complex environment in a highly regulated industry.

  • Managed the development of methodologies, inventories, and systems used to construct a flexible, unified risk management and reporting framework.

  • Created and conducted training and communications for the new solution across the entire enterprise, including technology, internal audit, and legal.
